Japanesse Researchers Clain WPA Security Has Been Broken
WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access) is one of the most common ways to secure wireless networks. A group of Japanesse researches has claimed to break this security protocol.
In the last months several theoretical approaches were presented but is seems this group has found a practical way to do it… in 60 seconds or less.
This protocol was created while developing WPA2. WPA uses TKIP while WPA2 lets you choose between TKIP and AES. WPA2 with AES is still secure according to experts.
